Hi, I'm Bill.
I'm French-Algerian, a language educator, polyglot and lifelong football enthusiast.
Like many well-known French-Algerian personalities such as Zinedine Zidane, DJ Snake, Riyad Mahrez and Tahar Rahim, I grew up between cultures.
For years, I've helped Americans discover new languages, communicate with confidence and build meaningful connections through culture.
Most of my students are American, which has given me a genuine appreciation for the people, values and spirit of the United States.
I've also been surrounded by American popular culture since I was young.
That's one reason why what happened in Lawrence touched me so deeply.
Watching the people of Kansas welcome Algerian supporters with such warmth, curiosity and kindness was something special.
It reminded me that football is more than a game.
It creates friendships.
It creates memories.
It creates bridges between people who may have never met otherwise.
That's why I created Team Algeria Experience.
